Pair of Antique Platinum, Gold, Cabochon Emerald and Diamond Earrings
Topped by 2 old European-cut diamonds and 2 small old-mine cut diamonds, centering 2 oval cabochon emeralds approximately 4.59 cts., encircled by 16 old European-cut diamonds, altogether approximately 5.25 cts., circa 1905.

With AGL Report no. 1077940 A and B stating that the emeralds are of Colombian origin, insignificant traditional clarity enhancement.

Cabochon emeralds: bright medium deep green, slightly and moderately included, several surface-reaching inclusions, minor pitting on one stone, one stone with slightly fuller shape, translucent, good polish. With AGL report, Colombian origin, insignficant traditional clarity enhancement.

Diamonds: G-H-VS.

Good condition. Normal wear. Posts and hinged backs. 1 1/16 x 9/16 inches.
