18 kt., mechanical, backwind, composed of four strands of intertwined snake chains, centering a fluted domed cover accented by one round diamond, opening to reveal a circular off-white and silver-tone dial with black Arabic quarter hours and black markers, dial and movement signed Cartier, case signed European Watch & Clock Co., Made in France, nos. 105441 and 43081, slightly obscured, with French assay marks, circa 1950, approximately 36.7 dwts. gross. Length 6 11/16 inches.
