Designed as pairs of leaves with curved stems set with 64 baguette diamonds approximately 3.40 cts., supporting 4 heart-shaped diamonds approximately 5.72 cts., signed Van Cleef & Arpels, N. Y., no. 23227.
The heart-shaped diamonds have been weighed, 1.54 cts., 1.55 cts., 1.37 cts. and 1.25 cts.
