With GIA report no. 1172893467, stating Pietersite. P.S.V. OF is the maker's mark for Patricia Schepps Vaill, the daughter of Seaman Schepps. In 1972 after the passing of her father, she became the jewelry designer and president of Seaman Schepps until retiring in 1988.
