Choice Used example of this scarce and much sought after stamp with approximately 100 examples believed to exist of which only a fraction have been found Used, this example shows the typical Light Wavy Cancel. The Error was created when a damaged Perforated 12 wheels had to be replaced, and mistakenly gauge 11 wheels were inserted into the machine, accompanied by 1987 Philatelic Foundation Certificate, Scott Catalogue Value $3,500.
