Extensive collection of Plate Blocks, the Regulars commence with the 1938 Prexies with Corner Plates, Experimental and Pre-Eye Plates, all Never Hinged except the $5 which has a minor Gum defect, latter Issues virtually complete with some Pre-Cancels, minor printing, Paper and Gum Errors, the Air Post Issues start with the 5 Cent Beacon and are virtually complete for the period, Never Hinged and Very Fine.
