Chinese Famille Verte Porcelain and Gilt-Metal-Mounted Lamp with Porcelain Shade
The seated figure of a court official on a stepped base. Height of figure 6 1/4 inches (15.5 cm), height overall 19 inches (48.2 cm).

Shade and Final:
there has been restoration to the porcelain figural finial, including in the area of the figure's legs (partially visible in one of the detail images); there is some glue residue on the reverse side of the right sleeve of the figural finial as well as some dark discoloration on the reverse side the right hand area; there is a small chip loss and slight discoloration to the figural finial's left hand/finger area (see detail image); there has been a restoration to a somewhat large size break and restoration to the shade in one of the lower corners; and there is some loss and roughage to the bottom rim edge of the shade in this area; porcelain was not blacklighted
Lamp Base:
there are losses to the seated figure's fingers on the right hand as well as to the red colored object that was held in this hand, otherwise, the porcelain figure appears to be in generally good condition; dulling to gilding on metal mounts; lamp is activated by a pull/push-in switch that appears to be in working condition; the single small light socket has not been tested to see if the lamp is good working condition; porcelain was not blacklighted
