Tibetan Gilt-Bronze Figure of a Bodhisattva
18th/19th Century
Seated on a lotus base on a shaped plinth supported by lions and hung with cloth swags, the base inscribed, the figure with ten arms and three faces, another figure seated in its lap, all before a large mandorla with small Buddhist figures amid a scrolling foliage beneath an auspicious umbrella. Height 12 1/2 inches.
