Full gilt-ruled calf, the spines in six compartments separated by five raised bands, gilt morocco lettering pieces in two and elaborately gilt tooled in the rest, inner gilt dentelles, all edges gilt. 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches (19 x 11.5 cm); viii, 310; [ii], 369; [ii], 371 pp. Some rubbing to extremities, one or two scrapes to boards, occasional thumbsoiling to text leaves, but attractive.
