The domed cover with a gadrooned rim above a baluster-form body engraved with heraldic arms and with acanthus capped handles, on a circular foot with a gadrooned rim. Height 14 1/2 inches (36.6 cm), total approximately 47 ounces.

Good condition overall; clearly hallmarked under foot, the cover rim with wear to hallmarks, but still legible; cover engraved with crest; the cover rim dented and not sitting quite flush; body with small crease dent and with light surface marking as expected from normal use; the engraving with good detail
