The serpentine backrest and outscrolled sides centering an overupholstered seat, raised on chamfered square legs joined by stretchers. Height 37 inches (94 cm), length 88 inches (223.5 cm), depth 21 inches (53.4 cm).

20th century needlework, legs now with obscuring varnish, back legs spliced, spring upholstery in poor condition, in need of replacement, needlework with minor losses where petit point is joined with gros point, old marks and scratches.
