George III Inlaid Satinwood and Tulipwood Pier Table
Circa 1780
The crossbanded demilune top inlaid with a fan and a garland of rosettes, above a frieze inlaid with fluting, raised on tapering square legs headed by yewwood ovals above husk pendants; the top veneered on mahogany. Height 33 inches (83.8 cm), width 52 1/2 inches (133.4 cm), depth 18 3/4 inches (47.7 cm).
