Fair condition commensurate with age and use, previous restorations, age cracks to molded cornice and clock face, with rubbing to gilded decoration, losses and rubbing to japanned decoration of trunk, separations at join of trunk and bracket underneath, lacking left door to upper section of case, right door later, pendulum support broken, lacking weight; Doyle does not guarantee the movement of the clock and highly recommends consulting a clock restorer if interested in bidding on this lot.
