Circa 1825
Of pyramid form, the stepped pediment above a drawer and a fall front opening to a polished writing surface and an interior fitted with drawers and a prospect recess with mirrored back and painted floor, the whole sliding forth and with hinged door opening to secret drawers, all over three long drawers, raised on hairy paw feet; the back with two fragmentary labels. Height 66 inches (167.7 cm), width 42 inches (106.6 cm), depth 20 1/2 inches (52.1 cm).
