Maker's mark Cyrillic I.O, St. Petersburg, circa 1986
Circular, centering the Russian Imperial Crown within a laurel wreath, all within a tied ribbon banner inscribed in Russian and English: Correspondent; in the original fitted case stamped Khlebnikov; Together with a Gilt-Metal Commemorative Medallion, inscribed in Russian: Nizhny-Novgorod / 1896. Diameter of badge 2 1/8 inches (5.4 cm.).
