Moscow, 1899-1908, scratched inventory number 21866 or 21366
Oval, centering an old mine cut diamond, within chased laurel swags suspended by tied ribbons, on an engine-turned sunburst ground. Length 2 3/8 inches (6 cm.).

In good condition. Light surface wear consistent with age and use. The enamel with pin dot sized bursts in areas. Probably converted from a buckle.
