(i) The edges of the sheet are unevenly torn. A 2 inch diagonal crease at upper left. A 1/4 inch puncture at top center.
(ii) The paper is folded at cetner horizontally and vertically. Creasing throughout.
(iii) Vertical and horizontal folds at center. A 1/2 inch notch at lower left. A 1 inch and 4 inch crease at lower left corner. A 1 inch crease at lower right corner. Stains across bottom 1/4 inch of sheet.
