appears to be in generally good condition; typical light surface rubbing and dulling to patina, consistent with age, usage and handling; in addition to the R. KAESBACH signature there is an oval foundry mark that is double struck and therefore is difficult to read, however, the city of Berlin can be made out; there are a few minor small shallow flake losses to the bottom outer band of the pedestal base as well as a few very minor nicks to some of the rim edges, not of any consequence
