Pale timestain, some unobtrusive handling creases, a 1/8 inch tear at left sheet edge, some light abrasion at left sheet edge near bottom, pale dampstaining at bottom right sheet corner, some (printers'?) ink verso, two small pressure marks (only visible verso), otherwise in good condition.
