Publisher's vellum, pictorial endpapers, housed in a modern slipcase and chemise. 10 1/2 x 8 inches (26 x 20 cm); 232 pp.; 12 tipped-in color plates (including frontispiece), illustrations in text. Spine a bit toned, light wear, foxing affecting preliminaries including frontispiece and limitation.
