Publisher's flexible vellum gilt, decorated endpapers by Rackham, in publisher's slipcase. 9 1/4 x 6 inches (23.5 x 15 cm); 48 pp.; 4 color plates (including frontispiece), illustrations in text. Some wear to slipcase, some minimal (and expected) bowing of vellum, about fine overall.
