Third quarter 18th century
The hinged octagonal top opening to a later brass liner, the tapering body with lions' head brass handles, on a conforming fluted stand with splayed legs on casters. Height 24 3/4 inches (62.5 cm), diameter 18 inches (45.7 cm).

Good restored condition; this is a wine cooler not a cellaret and the interior was once lined with metal sides and has a drain at the bottom; age crack across top and now with shim and inpainting, stand appears to be original
