Formerly with drawers and now converted to a cabinet with hinged central door, the breakfronted marble top above a conforming case with entrelac-inlaid frieze above a central door, raised on cabriole legs, bearing stamp P. Denizot and partial stamp P. De . . .; the back bearing a stamp with a crown above BV. Height 35 inches (88.9 cm), width 51 1/2 inches (130.9 cm), depth 24 1/2 inches (62.3 cm).

Adapted from a commode to a cabinet with hinged door, formerly with sans traverse drawers and now with obvious joint, lock to side added later and patches to door where there was once a keyhole, the interior with traces of original construction, gilding to mounts completely lacking and with traces of dried white polish.
