The bowfronted peach marble top above a leaf tip-carved and beaded frieze and raised on pierced oak leaf, acorn- and wheat ear-carved scrolling supports; the underside bearing a printed label for Chenue Layetier Emballeur, 5, Rue de la Terrasse, Paris (17e) and with an illegible inked inscription. Height 31 1/2 inches (80 cm), width 45 inches (114.3 cm), depth 17 3/4 inches (45.1 cm).
