Attributed to Mayhew and Ince, circa 1775
The quarter-veneered oval-inlaid and crossbanded rectangular top with inlaid panel flaps above a mahogany-lined frieze drawer, raised on tapering square legs ending in flaring feet, on casters. Height 28 3/4 inches (73 cm), width 19 inches (48.3 cm), extended width 35 1/4 inches (89.5 cm), depth 30 1/4 inches (76.8 cm).

Additional Notes & Condition Report

Very good quality, veneered on mahogany, mahogany drawer lining and flap supports, previous restorations and now with shiny varnish, ring handles appear to be original, perishing to varnish of top towards front, old marks and scratches, rippling and lifting to veneers of top, rubbing to ebonized decoration, two feet with repaired breaks at ankles.
