Comprising of one Provincial Louis XV style fruitwood armoire, late 19th century, height 20 inches, width 14 1/2 inches; George III mahogany chest of drawers, height 8 inches, width 8 1/2 inches; mahogany breakfast table, height 8 inches, diameter 9 3/4 inches; scalloped table; two wood chests of drawers; Chippendale style mahogany armchair, height 8 inches; George III oak bowfront side table, height 9 inches, width 14 inches; mahogany and needlepoint pole screen, height 25 1/2 inches; turned rush-seat armchair; two George III style tilt-top tea tables; three-tier dumbwaiter, height 13 7/8 inches; and two Windsor style wheel back chairs.

Additional Notes & Condition Report

each appears to be in generally good condition with the following noteworthy exceptions: there is worm damage to the rear panel of the armoire; the armoire also has age separation cracks; the armoire has a key, however, it is non-functioning; the top of the breakfast table is now detached (needs to be glued); the finish at the center of the this top is worn/distressed; there have been repairs/restoration to the pedestal base of one of the tilt-top tables and the top, although it can be loosely affixed to the base, comes off rather easily and may need repair; bowfront table is weathered and distressed looking; and there are stains to the top; the classical style chest of drawers has stains, surface scratches and abrasions; the chest of drawers with two short over three graduated drawers has avery distressed finish on the top (mildewing?) and one drawer pull is detached but present; also, this chest has had a repair to the top rim edge, rear bracket feet and other rim edges, etc.; the George III chest of drawers has two burn marks to its top, molding losses, nicks and abrasions to rim edges, crack to side panel, etc.; the Windsor armchair is signed on the underside by the maker, Stuart King; the Windsor side chair is signed S. King;
