The tea service comprising: a teapot, six cups, two saucers and two bowls, each decorated in blue enamel and gilt with a shield enclosing the initials MM within ermine mantling (wear to decoration and chips to rims).
The assembled service comprising: a pair of tea bowls and saucers, with the initials EH; tea bowl; tea caddy (the cover with losses and repairs); dish (8 inches diameter); helmet-form jug; and a Chinese teapot (handled repaired).
