With dedication inscription, dated 1916. Height 8 7/8 inches, width 4 1/4 inches, approximately 7 ounces; Together with a Russian Silver Plated Plaque Commemorating the Romanov Tercentenary in 1913.

Silver plated plaque: height 5 7/8 inches, width 3 7/8 inches.

The inscription on the silver plaque reads: "Electrical and Mechanical Engineer / Member of the Imperial Russian / Artillery Commission / American Machinery Co. / Port Huron, Mich. / U.S.A."

Each with light surface wear, bent in areas. The silver plaque was likely a mount for a portfolio.
