the neck of the swan appears to have been cracked and damaged at the neck bend area and appears to be in need of additional strengthening and repair (currently very fragile and precarious); there are a few scattered small nicks, abrasions and losses, not of great consequence; there is a crack in the wood elsewhere, near the liner/insert area and a few breaks to the tail feathers
