Relined. Dense varnish layer makes it difficult to detect restoration under UV. Area with several paint losses at center - includes two horizontal bands of small losses (one approximately three inches long and another about five inches long). Another 1/4 x 1/2 inch loss just above these. Toenailed into frame.
