New York: B. W. Huebsch, 1919. First edition, first printing. Publisher's mustard cloth with printed spine label, top edges stained yellow, lacks jacket, housed in a folding cloth case. Some thumbsoiling to spine and covers and discolor to label, a clean copy overall.
With the following first issue points: map endpaper, title frame unbroken on right; "lay" for "lie" page 86, line 5; broken type in "the" page 251, line 3.
