Publisher's cloth, lacks dust jacket, in an early custom jacket with spine label and "Pulitzer Prize 1921" at foot. [365] pp. Cloth a trifle rubbed and shelfworn and with a few spots, endpapers lightly toned, a faintly erased pencil signature to pastedown, a sound copy overall.
