NIXON, RICHARD Typed letter signed.
New York: 31 August 1966. Single-page typed letter signed "Richard Nixon" on one sheet of his personal "20 Broad Street/New York" stationery, 10 1/8 x 7 inches (26 x 18 cm); housed in a folding black morocco folder stamped "Richard Nixon" and with a description and provenance sheet opposite the letter. The letter with usual folds, two small remnants of former mounting on verso, fine overall and nicely presented.

Nixon, in his "Wilderness Years" period as a New York attorney during the Johnson presidency, here responds to two questions from a Theodore Dubay of New Jersey regarding his stance, and that of the Republican Party, on Labor Unions.
