Includes: McKINLEY, WILLIAM. 1897 document signed appointing the Consul General at Rio de Janeiro, this the largest of the group 19 x 23 inches (48 x 59 cm), folds, a few stains; HAYES, RUTHERFORD. 1878 manuscript document signed appointing an honorary commissioner of the International Industrial Exposition at Paris, the text in a secretarial hand, folds and stains; CLEVELAND, GROVER. 1888 engraved document signed appointing a Lieutenant Colonel, spotting to edges; and WILSON WOODROW. Two documents, the first a 1913 printed document appointing the Secretary of the Legation of the United States at Lima, the second a 1917 document appointing a woman Notary Public for the District of Columbia. Folds and light wear.
