[New York]: Lyons & Burford, [1991]. The deluxe edition, number 211 of 250 copies in half blue pigskin, signed by the author and further inscribed to Ric Olmsted. Blue goatskin backed cloth, in matching slipcase, with a mounted steelhead fly by Combs in a felted window mount attached to the front free endpaper, and five mounted flies by eminent anglers in the text (this feature apparently not called-for). 11 x 8 1/2 inches (28 x 21.5 cm); [xx], 494 pp. A few marks to slipcase, else fine.
