[ALKEN, HENRY] [A Set of Six Plates on Fox Hunting]--cover title.
[London: Thomas McLean, 1820--from plate legend]. A group of six finely hand-colored aquatint plates, all window-mounted. Preserved in a modern three-quarters red morocco binding, with a titling-label on the upper cover, the window-mounts affixed on guards. Images 6 x 8 1/2 inches (15 x 21.5 cm) on larger sheets with platemarks in card mounts; no visible margins. Corners a little bumped, overall near fine, the plates in excellent condition.
