[THEATER AUTOGRAPHS] Four signed items.
Comprising: A large inscribed photograph of David Belasco and Lenore Ulric, sepia toned, the figures in full length, 13 3/4 x 11 inches (35 x 27 cm), inscribed and signed by both Belasco and Ulric to the Hon. James Wacker in 1926, a few spots; An autograph quotation signed by Henry Irving, on a paper slip mounted to a mat below a portrait, the quotation "I count myself in nothing else so happy as in a soul remembering my good friends/Henry Irving" and possibly dated. The slip 2 /34 inches x 8 inches (7 x 20 cm), some spotting, the signature slightly smudged; A slip signed by Fanny Davenport with carte-de-visite portrait, the signed slip dated 1893, 2 x 3 1/2 inches (5 x 8 cm), set into a mat with an original CDV portrait stamped Sarony ... N.Y., lightly thumbsoiled; and An autograph album sheet signed by Edwin Booth, dated February 1886, 4 x 7 inches (10 x 17 cm), fine.
Henry Irving, best known as the possible inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula, here writes a line from Shakespeare's King Richard II.
