--from affixed caption title, apparently in Hirschfeld's hand. Pen and ink over pencil outline on illustration board, signed (l.r.). 19 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches (50 x 39.5 cm). Some minor toning, timestain, the illustration board mounted to foamcore.
This drawing was published in The New York Times June 21, 1970.
