The circular mirror within a molded frame surmounted by a dragon-form cresting flanked by serpents, the apron centered by a scallop shell. Height 48 inches (122.8 cm), width 32 inches (81.5 cm).

Good restored condition, later gilding and ebonzied decoration, age cracks to gilding of frame along joins underneath, age cracks to ebonized slip, replacements to carved elements, oxidation and losses to silvering of mirror plate, which appears to be original, chips to gilding and rubbing to ebonized decoration.
