Of flower-form, with a domed shade with a short everted rim, in amber colored glass with a spiral pattern and pink-hued damascene pattern, lined in opalescent glass, iridized, engraved L.C.T.; the base with a straight bifurcating standard with a domed and petaled circular foot, stamped LOUIS C. TIFFANY FURNACES, INC. FAVRILE 18. Height 15 3/4 inches, height of shade 4 1/2 inches, diameter 7 1/8 inches.

Base: there is general light wear/rubbing, some scattered spot staining and some scratches to the gilt patina, consistent with age and usage; there is some green mildewing located at the top part of the shaft; no apparent flaking or loss to the pink/mauve colored enameling that decorates the foot; lamp has been rewired; the wiring and light socket were not tested
