Approximately 33 volumes in original bindings of issue or morocco gilt, includes several works illustrated by Gustave Dore including editions of Don Quixote, Dante and The Bible; a six volume cloth bound set of the works of Hogarth; Charles Knights' The Works of Shakespeare, two volumes in full red gilt; H.W. Bates' Illustrated Travels, three volumes in three-quarters morocco gilt; various volumes of Punch; and others. Sizes vary, largest 15 x 10 1/2 inches. Wear including detached covers, potentially markings, a decorative group sold as is.
