First armchair in overall good condition, age crack to right scrolled ear and now with inpainting, old marks and scratches, later caning, separations to joins commensurate with age; repaired break to top of left rounded corner of frame, poor restoration to left arm at juncture of stile and now protruding, old marks and scratches, unable to examine rails, back legs now with metal braces at tops, back casters later.
