The postcards are dated 1995 and 2000, the latter thanks Safire for a "suggestion re a Singapore newspaper piece ... about Hong Kong being handed over to the horny hands of dictating China." 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches; 248 pp. Scratch to rear jacket panel, a few bumps, else fine.
