Wiesenbad, Germany: [privately published?, circa 1947]. First edition. Likely a later binding of contemporary orange cloth, all edges stained green. 7 1/2 x 5 inches; 286 pp., plates after paintings, in-text photographs. Some bleed from the green stain to margins, some minor thumbsoiling.
An unusual and scarce memoir of hunting in post-War Germany. We trace one copy of this work among the trade, that in original printed boards with the 1947 date provided on the spine.
