Publisher's blue cloth lettered in yellow, pictorial dust jacket, all edges blue. 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches; [6], 135, [3] pp.; frontispiece and plates after photographs, illustrations in text. Two small chips to jacket at head and tail of spine, stains to jacket flaps.
Scarce in jacket, especially one so bright and unfaded.
