The complete work published New York: The Derrydale Press, 1938, published in an edition of 900 copies. The largest photograph 7 1/2 x 9 inches (24 x 16 cm); (five in this format, the rest smaller); and nine proofs of the illustrations prepared from the photographs, produced and printed by Meriden Gravure. The photographs identified on versos as to position in the book on verso, with neat noted to Meriden regarding dimensions, one with a tissue overlay of cropping. In clamshell case..
