New York: The Century Co., [1927]. First edition. Publisher's tan cloth with design in blue, in the dust jacket. 7 3/8 x 4 7/8 inches (19 x 12.5 cm); xii, 222 pp.; frontispiece, illustrations in text. Spine slightly toned, neat non-authorial name on front endpaper, but in all a fresh copy.
Overall a very appealing copy of this classic (and quite entertaining) fictional work of herding, hunting and tracking in the Western cattle country. Adams Rampaging Herd 1635; Heller 252.
