WEEGEE [=FELLIG, ARTHUR] (1899-1968) Savoy Ball Room, Harlem,
[1940s], printed 1950s? Gelatin silver print, 13 x 10 1/4 inches (330 x 260 mm) on larger sheet, lower margin recto with the title in Weegee's hand in ink, verso with his "Please credit Weegee from Photo-Representatives" stamp on verso. In raking light some creases, occasional fine cracking to the ferrotyped surface, minor indentations, but in direct light an attractive image.
