Four American Sterling Silver Card Cases
Various makers, second half 19th century
Comprising two marked Albert Cole, New York, one with a Grecian maiden in profile and the other with an engraved lakeside scene, heights 4 inches and 3 3/8 inches, respectively; and two unmarked examples, one of envelope-form and the other engraved with an architectural landscape, length of first 3 3/4 inches, height of second 3 1/8 inches, total approximately 6 ounces.

Envelope - apparently unmarked; generally good condition overall; good detail to decoration; the reverse with initials "JG"; the interior with pink lining, now stained and with a small tear to the pocket and holes rubbed through at hinges
