Various makers, late 19th/early 20th century
Comprising one marked Chester, 1908, rectangular with canted corners with floral engraving, height 1 1/4 inches (3 cm); one marked William B. Kerr, rectangular with wide interlaced scroll border centering monogram, height 2 1/4 inches (6 cm); two marked only "sterling", the first shaped rectangular with acid etched foliate scrolls and lions supporting a cartouche, height 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm), and the other rectangular with a scroll border, height 2 3/8 inches (6 cm); Together with an American Silver Plated Match Safe. Total approximately 80.2 dwt, weighable.

Rect. with wide interlaced scroll border - William B. Kerr - good condition overall; clearly hallmarked; good detail to decoration; engraved script "WC"; hinge good and tight; one cover corner bruised
Shaped rect. with acid etched foliate scrolls and lions - marked sterling, but apparently lacking maker's mark; good detail to decoration; engraved "Papa"; hinge good and tight
Rect. with scroll border "CWB" - marked sterling but apparently lacking maker's mark; good condition overall; engraved script "CWB" to one side, the other blank; the hinge good and tight
